Hi Shawna and Angie, Thank you for taking such great care of our "boys" when we are away. We love the report cards. When we get home, the first thing we do is read the sheets, even before we see the guys. We appreciate that we can depend on you both when we can not be here. We have called you last minute so many times, and you have always called back within an hour to confirm. We like that in addition to taking all three for a walk, you play with them, you train them, feed them, and adjust to our ever changing protocalls. We tell our dog friends about you all the time. Beyond the great care you give the dogs--and we know they can be quite a handful--we appreciate that you get our mail, turn on outside lights when it gets dark, lock the deadbolt (even though we forget to lock it), and feed our fish at no additional charge. We would be lost without you, and so would the boys. We know they love spending time with you, and look forward to seeing you every time you come!!! If any of your potential clients would like to call us for a reference, please feel free to give them our phone number. Thanks so much for your dedication, dependability, and EXCELLENT service... -from Lynn & Melissa in Malvern, PA
We all wanted to thank you for your services this past year. It's very comforting to know that while I'm away at work during the day, all my "family" are being so well cared for and looked after. I hope that your holidays are filled with wonder. Love, Princess, Sophie, Aggie, Michael, Peanut, Pipsqueak, Henry, & Betsy -from Betsy in Malvern, PA
Dearest Aunt Shawna and Aunt Angie, We just wanted to write you a letter expressing our gratitude. From the day you started, you've been more than we could have ever dreamed of. The way you care for Rocky is truly unbelievable. Not only do you help us with the walking and the cuddle time when we aren't there, but you've helped us become "parents". We were clueless when it came to raising a puppy. We thought it was going to be a walk in the park, and clearly, as I'm sure noticed, we were struggling. After the first week of you being with our family we noticed a HUGE difference in Rocky, he was learning commands, being more affectionate, and overall a totally different dog. One of the greatest things about you is the way you love and take of Rocky the way we would, everyday. We've had our share of issues with Rocky's bowel movements, and it was a big concern for us, because we've never had a dog before, and we're probably overly protective of him. But without fail, you would tell us in detail what his day was like, because you knew it gave us peace of mind. You've been there for us from day one, and at times without much notice. We love everything about you, from the notes we get with the stickers (my favorite part), the constant phone calls, the trips to vet, the last minute schedule changes, to our training sessions. We are truly honored to have you as a part of our family, and would highly recommend you for anyone. You are a team player, with the biggest heart, and we love you for it! Truly Yours, Sarah Lorenc and John Harrison ( Rocky too!!) -North Wales, PA
Dear Shawna, I could not have gotten thru this year with Ms. Spunky without you. I was really blessed to have met you and Spunky got real lucky too. Thank you for providing "dog" world information and allowing me to learn and comfortably get on track with Spunky. I wish you health, prosperity and love in 2009 and for many years to follow. Love to you and "Aunt Angie", -Gail in Chalfont, PA
